International Rose Ball - Friday 20th August

The International Rose Ball will mark the official opening of the 2010 Festival. The Festival Dome will be spectacularly transformed into a glittering ballroom, as guests gather for pre-reception drinks before experiencing a night of Roses, music and dancing. The evening also celebrates the International Roses' arrival in Tralee, and their first official engagement with their Escorts. Guests enjoy a gourmet five-course meal, live entertainment and dancing, plus late night fireworks.

Kerry's Got Talent Grand Final - Saturday 21st August

Radio Kerry is proud to present the Kerry's Got Talent Grand Final 2010. Following the success of this fantastic show in 2009 when 1500 people attended the final, Kerry's Got Talent returns to the Festival Dome as part of the Rose of Tralee International Festival.
 
Throughout the Summer the Kerry's Got Talent Judges auditioned over 200 acts and held 6 live shows in Siamsa Tire. The top 12 acts will appear on stage in the Dome on Saturday 21st August and will give their all to win the most talked about show in Kerry. This year’s winner will once again receive €5000 and the glory of being Kerry's most talented act. Kerrys Got Talent is a show for all ages.

Irish Examiner Fashion Show - Sunday 22nd August

One of the season's most sought after events for the discerning fashionista, the Irish Examiner Fashion Show in association with Victoria Jackson displays a mix of designer labels, haute couture and street wear from leading Irish stylists and local boutiques. Models from the Celia Holman Lee Agency grace the Festival Dome catwalk to a dazzling light show, pulsing music and full commentary on the clothes and their designers.

Rose of Tralee Selection Nights - Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th August

An audience of over 2,000 will fill the Festival Dome for RTÉ's live TV broadcast of the Rose of Tralee Selection, to support their Rose as she's interviewed on stage. Always an exciting and emotional event, the atmosphere intensifies as friends and family from around the world gather with huge banners and mascots. The first Selection Night consists of Rose stage interviews and the announcement of the Escort of the Year, followed by the remainder of stage interviews on the second night and the announcement of who is to be the next Rose of Tralee. The evening doesn't end there, as after each night's show the Festival Dome is turned around for dancing at the Party With the Roses.
