Primary School Teacher
When I’m not grieving over Mayo losing another All-Ireland final, I’m working as a primary school teacher in Dublin where, funnily enough, I lift Sam on an annual basis when it visits my classroom. As an on-going Master of History student in Trinity, I have to juggle my studies and hobbies; including playing John Mayer songs at open mic nights, and lifting heavy things up and putting them back down again at my local gym. My favourite cousin (former Rose Escort Martin Davey) encouraged me to apply. He described me as ‘the kind of guy that all mammies want their daughter to marry, whilst still being the lad that everyone can have a pint with’.
